The Sports Co-ordinators role is to:

Promote sport and physical activity throughout the Ayr SHS community
Be student liaison for sporting activities at Ayr SHS
Co-ordinate Representative Sport and Interschool Sports events
Attend BSS meetings
Co-ordinate BSS carnivals as required
Publicise Ayr SHS students' sporting achievements
Collate and organize Sports Awards
Organise uniforms and equipment for representative sporting teams
Co-ordinate and liaise with the Sport and House Captains
Develop and maintain contacts with parents and community sporting groups
Contribute to the planning for and provision of school sporting facilities
