The P&C Association operates the school tuckshop five school days a week as a service to the students. Student needs are well catered for as shown in the tuckshop menu. Not only do we provide wholesome food, but all profits are returned to the students via the P&C Association. The menu for 2022 is in keeping with the Government's Healthy Food Strategy with its emphasis on reducing fat intake for students.
Online ordering
Recently, the P&C has partnered with QuickCliq in order to facilitate online ordering for our parents/carers and students. To register for the Online Ordering system, simply follow the instructions in our How to order online (PDF, 2.6MB) and read the Frequently asked questions (PDF, 2.2MB) to find out more about the system.
It is recommended that students always carry a form of Photo Identification on their person when collecting their orders, as this is a requirement. If they don't have ID, collection of their order may be delayed slightly. New ID Cards can be obtained through the school office.
Parents/Carers from our feeder schools that utilise QuickCliq already are able to simply 'Add a Student' to their account. For answers to our most frequently asked questions, please see the FAQ linked on the right hand side of the page.
Follow our school Facebook page for the most recent developments in this exciting area!
Helpers sought
We are in urgent need of new helpers to fill the vacancies of parents/carers who finished last year as they no longer have students attending Ayr High. If you are able to help out one day a month we would welcome your presence.
Invitation
We would like to extend an invitation to any parent/carer who would like to come in and observe the ladies at work before committing themselves.
Time
Our day starts at approximately 9.00 am and finishes at 2.00 pm. Each parent/carer is rostered on the day (Monday - Friday) of their choice only once a month.
Please consider helping out one school day a month.
